Came for a second try and it was even worst. Will never come again. They just lost a weekly costumer.

This place is very good! I had the veggie burger #2 - vegan and wow, it was tasty, and non greasy. The veggies in the burger were visible which was great so you can see what it is that your consuming. We ordered the grilled chicken tenders for my child; the tenders were juicy and flavorful. As a side, we ordered the fries and they were great; not too salty and not to greasy. The only complaint I would have about this place is that they don't give you individual plates; they give you a deep dish with all the orders. This isn't convenient with kids as they can be messy. All in all, I definitely recommend this place for the burger lover who looking for a healthier option.

Burgers were okay, nothing great, but not bad either. Juicy, filling, but something just wasn't there in the taste. Fries were very good, tasted like something special about the oil they were cooked in. While not bad, doubt it will be a repeat, if I'm getting a burger, I want magic!

Went to Elevation Burger recently for lunch. I was initially allured to Elevation because of the pictures on Yelp claimed a burger joint touting Organic, free-range beef and an all around eco-conscious experience. Arriving at Elevation Burger, I was first impressed by the logo and entire store design. Simple, unique, and easily identifiable. Whoever did the advertising and design here did a rad job. Went to the counter to order. Service was mediocre, front cashier was pretty unenthusiastic and uncaring (I was expecting some dreaded, neo-nazi vegan Miami hippie). I ordered a single cheese burger with bacon and onions, fries with the Elevation sauce and barbecue sauce on the side. Got the burger, tried the burger. Not bad, but I'm not a fan. My buddy accompanying me had a broken patty which fell out of his burger. I thought the beef was dry and tasteless. The bread was incredibly soft, almost too soft like store-bought buns. The Elevation sauce tasted and looked like Big Mac sauce, and the barbecue sauce was incredibly average tasting. Also, I was deeply concerned with the fries. I've had fries cooked in olive oil before and Elevation fries tasted more like they were cooked in more traditional oil like canola. Maybe I'm dumb and can't taste the difference. Any Yelpers out there who back me up? Lastly I just don't get the concept. A eco-concious burger and fries joint just seems inconsistent on values. "Yes, come in and be a fat ass, but you won't feel guilty because you're saving the environment!" I'll pass on trying to save the world here, and just be a fat ass somewhere else.

Good burger spot. Trying to be a healthier, more eco-conscious take on a burger place. Skip the salad - it's just lettuce and a wedge of tomato. It was fresh and crispy but nothing special. The burger was pretty good. If you're using grass-fed beef it will have a different taste than a grain-fed burger. Overall, pretty good.

The burgers are amazing, you can really taste the difference. The freshness is definitely there, the only thing they got to improve on are the fries. They are extremely thin, I felt short changed. So to summarize if you want to eat a good burger that won't leave you feeling like it cut down a few years of your life then this is the place to go to.

I have to go at three stars because I've had different experiences with the service there. 1) when I went bymyself- it was awesome, my burger tasted great and big portion of fries. Pretty calm atmosphere and the food and ordering was very quick. 2) when I went with a group of 6 was horrible. The shakes came out 50 min after we had eaten our meal. And we ended up just asking for our money back. Smaller portions that day- and very noisy. All in all would go back bymyself. Not good for big groups

Organically delicious healthy juicy burgers and french fries fried in olive oil. Tastes so good! I am obsessed with elevation burger and enjoy every visit. 100% organic, grass-fed, free range yummy beef burgers! Fresh and quality ingredients. They have a variety of toppings you can add on that make it even more tasty, I personally love the caramelized onions. You can get a kids (regular single patty burger) or a elevation burger (double patty). There are veggie options and delicious shakes as well. This place is clean and has a high ceiling creating a well-ventilated and spacious environment. The staff is very friendly and out going. They bring your order to your table. They do a very professional job. Don't forget to ask for their special elevation sauce. It is yummy! Check into Yelp to get a free order of fries.

Burgers really aren't that special and their elevation sauce has no taste unless they never put it on both of the burgers I ordered, I also ordered cookies that they never gave me, I wouldn't come here again, there are many other awesome burger places around

A first-rate effort with good fries and likely good beef burgers, but unfortunately the veggie burger was dissapointing. The patty is composed of primarily seasoned rice, which while flavorful is not very nutritious.

My new go to Burger joint in Miami lakes hialeah! So glad that Elevation is around since its better than the Johnny Rockets that closed on Main Street! The taste and quality of the food is impressive for a good burger, and the service is extraordinary.... They walked my order to the car when my baby fell asleep on my shoulder while waiting. A little pricier than other burger fast food places but I am willing to pay for it with the quality and service.

Checkin prior to paying for the free fries coupon. One of the best burgers My family and I have ever had. I like the fact that you can skip the bun and wrap it with lettuce instead.

Excellent burger spot. I would rate it higher than In N Out or Five Guys. The burgers and juicy and the toppings and bread are always fresh. They are all cooked to order so you're going to have to wait a little. You can order it your way. They have plenty of toppings to choose from. I really like that they are organic, free range, grass fed beef. Let's hear it for sustainable farming practices! The fries are fresh and cooked in olive oil. They have a good special of $2 burgers after 6:00PM during weekdays. I'm going to have to try their shakes one of these days. Although I might have to put some extra time in the gym before hand.

The food is great especially the fries but the lady in the front taking my order had a really bad attitude, Not just to me but to everyone there.

Very cool place and service. if you are looking for a JUICY burger this is the spot. if you are looking for TASTE or a TASTY burger I must say this is not the place. I got the elevation burger with bacon( the bacon was not what I expected), a kids burger and a small order of fries and it was $18.00 The elevation burger tasted like it had very little seasoning. The fries tasted like pure old oil. The place looks clean, but it is not really really clean if you know what I mean. Anyway,I wish them the best, but not my taste.

I was delighted with this little gem. I like it much better than five guys...the quality you cannot even compare! The burger was fresh, moist and juicy . The fries were cooked in olive oil so it did not make me feel so guilty for my guilty pleasure. I look forward to visiting again the next time I crave a burger !

I got a good first impression of Elevation Burger before even stepping in the door! Having heard about their grass-fed burgers and favorable reviews from Yelpers I know, I gave it a shot. Having just left the gym, I figured that would be a perfect time to enjoy a healthy burger. Since they closed at 10, I figured I gave them a call to check if the kitchen was still open. The cashier told me that the kitchen was indeed open til 10 and I could call my order in if I were running later. That was a pleasant surprise, especially from a fast food place! My burger was about the size of my hand, and adequately tasty. I suppose if could have been a little juicier but it hit the spot regardless. The caramelized onions were an original tipping and yes I enjoyed the bacon and tomato. My fries were thin cut, and the olive oil gave them a clean taste. Cherry coke - free refills - closed out my meal. They print their wifi password on the receipt. Their pleasant, above and beyond customer servive - and the fact they have Cherry Coke - almost makes me overlook that all items are a la carte and no combo prices. A small price to pay :)

My husband and I decided to give Elevation Burger a try today for the first time mostly because their burgers are 100% grass fed beef. I must point out that we ordered through GrubHub, so I think our burgers and fries were ready much sooner than anticipated. I'm hoping that this is why we found our fries to be a little soggy (although the flavor was really good) and the burgers felt a little stale (again, I'm assuming it's because they were sitting out a while waiting for us). We're going to give this place a shot again because of the health(ier) points and the flavor was pretty good. We really hope our experience is a little better next time. I'll update soon!

O... M... G... Dee-freakin-LISH!! God, I love Yelp. I remember seeing this place before it was open while I was in the drive thru at Chick-fil-a last year but completely forgot about it until I saw a review on Yelp. This place serves up delicious 100% Grass-Fed, 100% Free Range Beef that they actually grind fresh on site. You can taste the difference in the beef! Amazing. Juicy burgers, done right! The toppings are all really fresh, as well. I opted for lettuce, raw onions, pickles, jalapenos with ketchup & mustard. Mmmmmm... It was soooo good! The bun holds up pretty well. Not like the Five Guys bun that pretty much disintegrates halfway through your burger til you're holding just meat & toppings in your hands. The fresh cut fries were delicious, too. They cook them in olive oil rather than lard or whatever other places use. I had them with a side of Elevation Sauce for dipping. The best part about it is that I feel full, but not bloated & icky the way I sometimes feel after eating at some other burger joints... All I have to say is, Elevation Burger, you are so right! INGREDIENTS MATTER!! I will definitely be returning!

Works for me! I usually pass on meat entirely but I squeaked in the Half the Guilt Burger which was one veggie patty plus a grass fed, free range, burger and was very happy with the result. I love the essentially build your own menu concept and back in the day I probably would have when for the fully loaded out Vertigo Burger - at ten patties that would indeed have been a challenge Adam Richman would have respected. The fries are good but no where near the joy of Five Guys but none the less I still give this place 4 stars because of their approach, philosophy, and result.

You get can get a burger anywhere, but this Elevation burger focuses on taste natural and healthy. That's because they use organic beef and give customers over 30 possible toppings to choose from. I've also brought vegetarian friends who are surprised that the veggie burger is made fresh and not frozen. The fries are okay but I cannot recommend the fiery fries (the spicy version of regular fries) because the cheese is a blanket and not thick and oozing with cheese like its suppose to be.The staff is friendly and are also great at handling lunch rushes... a huge plus for the employee trying to grab a bite and head back to work on time.

A place where the manager may very well remember your name and one of the few places that you can enjoy with reckless abandon if you're following the paleo lifestyle. Grass fed beef paties wrapped in lettuce. Under six bucks. Can't beat it.

Cherie Q.
Their burgers are amazing and real deal meat by grass fed free range cows. Good for kids, groups or even dates must go!

This is my first time eating here and I love it! I visit Miami Lakes for business several times a year for business and the only thing I can compare this to back home would be Culver's butter burgers. I realize they probably don't have Culver's in south Florida. Their burgers are not organic, grass fed like Elevation's. These burgers are amazing! Full of flavor! Check in with Yelp and receive free fries!

One of the most average burgers I've ever had at a place that tries to be so much more than that. I ordered the double with a slew of ingredients, including jalapenos and bacon (at $1.50 extra). Checking in on Yelp got me some fries that I'm very glad I didn't pay for. While I was waiting for my burger, the cashier ran over and said they didn't have any more bacon, and asked if I wanted mushrooms. Where is the equivalency there? If I had wanted mushrooms... I would have ordered mushrooms. She ran back, then came to the table again to ask if I wanted a cookie. Again, if I'd wanted one, I'd ordered one. Never did the manager or the cashier ask or offer to refund my $1.50. Now, I am a realist, and I've lost worse than $1.50 at some eating establishments, but it's the principle of the thing: the restaurant got it wrong, and then didn't attempt to correct it past offering me foods I didn't want. What I got after that was a soggy, oily mess. The burger was messy, and nothing is more unattractive and amateur than serving burgers with stiff, unmelted slices of cheese. The jalapenos were uncooked, which is fine because they never advertised otherwise (although slightly grilled jalapenos are always preferable and much less offensive to the mouth). But they were actually cold, and it didn't go with the hot burger. The fries were very, very disgustingly soggy, and fried in olive oil (which they actually push as a good thing - the only thing you get frying potatoes in a giant vat of olive oil is slightly weird-tasting fries). And then I learned that other parties in my group got their bacon, so I'll review that. It was well-cooked and crispy, and came in quantities of half a normal strip of bacon per burger. $1.50 for half a strip of bacon. This place is a ripoff and does not operate at nearly the quality they pretend to. Based on the other reviews here, I'm glad others have caught on. For the same money, just keep driving ten more minutes and go to Five Guys. Your taste buds will thank you for it.

Wow. The burgers are really juicy. Great taste, full of flavor. The elevation burger is my favorite. With the toppings of my choice. I go kind of plain. Cheese, ketchup, mustard pickles, lettuce and onion. The fries had the perfect texture and much better than most places. And you get a ton if them. Great burgers and fries. Can't ask for much more than that.

Great burgers!!! But the fries are the star at this joint... The fries are cut to perfection and fried in olive oil

Customer service is horrible! They no longer have the 2 for 1 burger deal that was the only reason I would eat there. Burgers are average at best. I called them and they told me they had a 2 for 1 deal but when I get there they tell me they don't do it anymore and wouldn't honor what they JUST told me on the phone.

I love their burgers! Especially their veggie burger. My husband and I enjoy going for a quick bite to eat every time we are near one. The fries are amazing and their shakes are one of our favorite! I highly recommend this place.

Their burgers are amazing and real deal meat by grass fed free range cows. Good for kids, groups or even dates must go!

Wanted to try something different on the healthy side. Disappointed. Wait time during lunch can be lenghty. Crowd at restaurant tend to be obnoxious and snobbish.

I can't seem to understand what the Elevation Burger hype is all about... I went once and hated it. To be honest, the food just tasted super bland.
